My new student introductory offer is the best place to start.

(must be pain free and injury free)

3 Therapeutic Private Sessions for $180

Welcome to my site! I look forward to working with you. I love helping people and having a personal experience with pain helps me remember to train you with the consideration necessary. My Therapeutic Pilates sessions are centered on guiding you through various exercises in the Pilates repertoire while customizing those exercises to fit your needs or condition. As you get comfortable with the exercises, you will notice wanting to add more challenges. Most of my students see improvement in their pain; they take what they learn in the studio and start using it at home.

If you are finished with physical therapy but not ready for a group class setting, my Therapeutic sessions are the right place for you. As you continue to heal, my sessions are designed with your pain in mind. You still get to build on what you have been doing in physical therapy but you also get to enhance that strength to other areas of your body.

You can expect to feel:

  • Less back, shoulder or hip pain

  • Stronger core

  • Improved balance

  • Supported in your wellness journey

What sort of conditions do I help you train for? Back pain, scoliosis, osteoporosis, osteopenia, hip and knee replacement recovery, and chronic pain. Pilates and my other programs can get you feeling like you can do so much more!

What if I don’t have injuries? If you work remotely and wish to have less neck and back tension from sitting at a desk, my Private sessions are the right place to start. These sessions will help you feel motivated to do more outside the studio using what you have learned in the studio.

I also love training my weekend warriors or a long distance cyclist or rowers who have their own routine but need me to help them work on areas that require more power or stabilization.

What if you don’t like large group classes? If you don’t want to be number in a large class, my small group classes of three people are a great place for beginners. My Pilates equipment will feel easy to use; you will get the personalized attention that you want. I try to make my studio a warm, friendly and caring environment that you enjoy coming to.

Real results from Therapeutic Pilates

At 73, I have lived with back pain since I was 16.  I’ve always been active with weight lifting and gym workouts, but they never truly solved the problem. After three weeks of ongoing pain and no relief from muscle relaxers, I decided to try a Therapeutic Pilates session with Christina.

I experienced immediate relief that lasted throughout the day.  That night, I was finally able to sleep without being woken up by pain when turning over.  After following a simple routine for just a couple of days, my pain is now almost gone.  My back pain has improved!

Therapeutic Pilates can be helpful for older ones wanting to stay active such as this student on the reformer.
When I first started with Christina I could not walk without pain. Within a month of weekly Therapeutic Pilates sessions, my pain was greatly diminished; I am now doing Regular Private sessions.

Christina is both kind and patient. She has helped me to improve my balance and overall health. I just feel better.

I last telemark skied two years ago. My weekly Pilates Private sessions gave me the confidence to get back to that type of skiing. My legs felt stronger and I had more endurance to ski longer. I noticed an easy recovery as well.

I found your video on demand gives me the extra workouts at home that keep challenging my strength.
