A boutique Pilates studio located in downtown Spokane, where I specialize in Pilates for pain management, injury recovery and active aging adults. Most of my students have started Pilates with me after healing from back, hip, knee surgery. Even years after surgery, they have expressed they still feel weak and would like to travel more, go hiking or golf multiple days in a row.
My sessions are tailored exclusively for them and their medical history. Within a month, they start moving with more confidence with less pain. They feel stronger, adding more activities in their day.
