  • Our sessions together will help you progress your healing area at a pace that keeps you motivated! Learn how your Pilates practice at home will speed up your progress. Choose this session if you have been injured or have had surgery recently.

  • Take your workout to another level! Expect to be challenged and kept motivated by a variety of use of equipment. Never get bored with our session!

    This session is best if are pain or injury free with no movement limitations.

  • No matter where you are, another city, state or country, I am here for your busy schedule. We will stay on track together with your goals no matter how hectic life can be! Let me keep you motivated!

    This is a session just for you, tailored your needs and goals.

  • Get the workout that is still custom tailored for you while feeling like you are getting a Private session still. 3 students per class. You will be rotating on the reformer tower, exo chair and springboard unit.

    Must be injury and pain free to join this class with no movement limitations. You must also have had prior private training experience.

  • Looking for a mat class that mixes in props for a fun, varied workout? This small group class is for you! You will use the oov, magic circle, ankle weights and other fun props to make this experience enjoyable.

    3 minimum students required to join class. No Pilates experience necessary.

  • Share a private session where you get a customized workout for you while the other students get’s their own. Different needs, different goals.

    Two individuals required for this session.
