A little about my journey…

Movement is my passion and keeping my youthful energy is my goal! I found Pilates due to chronic pain and I am a firm believer in the power of the method to aid in pain management. I also feel that Pilates enables me to delve into other types of training or activities I may not be so inclined to try, such as hikes with lots of elevation.

I have dedicated over 600 hours of training in observing, teaching and taking Pilates on all Pilates-related equipment. I try and take traditional Pilates from other educators that are completely opposite of my training but love what I learn from every style of Pilates. My teaching style leans towards post rehabilitative and pain management. I use different types of equipment to help you feel successful. I can train any age, those seeking an athletic advantage or those just wanting to minimize pain and staying active after retirement. My training leans more towards science-supported research on how the body should move.

Areas of training and understanding: Osteoporosis, Scoliosis, Pain Management, Active-Aging Adults.

Areas of Interest and Education: Training for paddle-boarding, golfing, hiking, skiing, and horseback riding.

  • I completed a comprehensive pilates training through Balanced Body in 2011, Bodhi Suspension System, Oov, Pilates Barre.
